Plants are operated by Moen Builders, Inc. for the recovery of Noble and Base Metals from Mill Tailings. Moen Builders also has designed many flow sheets and equipment for the recovery of Precious ores such as Placer Gold, Diamonds, Rubys, Garnet, Sapphires, Silica, Tungsten, Magnetic Magnetite, and others.
Moen Builders has the in-house knowledge and ability to separate most minerals of any specific gravity from Placer Deposits simultaneously. One step process from 3/4 minus to 300 mesh.
Moen Builders has the necessary Equipment to test and grid Mill Tailings or Placer Properties for the requisite pre-production testing and cost/profit feasibility evaluations. Moen Builders has also set up Placer Plants for production up to 300 cu. yd. per hour and the capability of Mill Tailing Plants to 300 TPH.
Since 1987, Moen Builders has done 30 of these types of projects from the Southwest to Canada. We have an extensive Video Library of these projects.
Moen Builders, Inc. in conjunction with its wholly owned subsidiary, M & W Milling & Refining also manufacture Portable Hard Rock Mills and Leaching Circuits for industries. These plants are based upon proven metallurgical work completed by M & W's Laboratory and complete Milling operation
