All products sold as a complete refrigeration device or unit; ei: Refrigerator, Freezer; are conditionally warranted for a period of 1 to 5 years. This warranty is outlined as follows: The Refrigeration unit is warranted to be free from manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship, provided that the unit is used under the normal operating conditions intended by the manufacturer.
This warranty is available only to the person to whom the unit was originally sold by CMACMA Technologies or by an authorized distributor of CMACMA Products, and is non-transferable. Terms of Warranty Plastic parts (ie.evaporator door, door rails, covers and trays are warranted for a period of thirty (30) days only from purchase date, with no extensions provided. First Year During the first year (1), any electrical parts of the product found to be defective, including any sealed system units, will be repaired or replaced, at warrantor's option, at no charge to the ORIGINAL purchaser. Consumable parts (ie.light bulbs) are not warranted or guaranteed for any length of time. Second Through Fifth Year During the next four years (4) any part of the sealed system found to be defective (consisting of compressor, condenser, evaporator, dryer and all related tubing) will be replaced without charge. The purchaser shall pay for all labor and return freight during this four year (4) period for repair or replacement of any sealed system components. Any unit being diagnosed as non-functional due to sealed system failure warranting an exchange during the existing four (4) years will be subject to an appropriate depreciation or user fee, including any and all freight charges being levied against the consumer. To Obtain Service CMACMA Technologies reserves the right to limit boundaries of "On Site Service" due to proximity of an Authorized Service Center. Any Refrigeration device requiring service outside the Limited Boundaries of "On Site Service", it will be the customer's responsibility to transport the Device to the closest Authorized Service Center at their own expense. Contact CMACMA Technologies for the nearest Service Center where service Must be performed. If service is performed on any unit by anyone other than an authorized service center or agent authorized by CMACMA, or if the unit is used for commercial applications, all obligations of CMACMA under this warranty shall be at an end. Nothing within this warranty shall imply that CMACMA will be responsible or liable for any spoilage or damage to food or other contents of these appliances, whether due to any defect of the device, or its use. SMALL APPLIANCES, MOTORS, INVERTERS, GENERATORS, ALTERNATORS, PUMPS, ANY HEATING DEVICE These devices and appliances are warranted for a period of 60 Days from the date of sale. Such device or appliance will be repaired or replaced at the option of CMACMA Technologies. The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs to CMACMA. CMACMA will return the unit to the consumer shipping prepaid. ALL OTHER DEVICES AND COMPONENTS SOLD BY CMACMA TECHNOLOGIES Any other device or product not listed above will be warranted for a period of 30 Days following the date of sale. EXCLUSIONS Save as herein provided, CMACMA Technologies, there are no other warranties, conditions, representations or guarantees, express or implied, made or intended by CMACMA Technologies or its authorized distributors and all other warranties, conditions, representations or guarantees, including any warranties, conditions, representations or guarantees under Sale of Goods Act or like legislation or statue is hereby expressly excluded. Save as herein provided, CMACMA Technologies, shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property, including the unit itself, howsoever caused or any consequential damages arising from the malfunction of any product and by the purchase of the product, the purchaser does hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless CMACMA Technology from any claim for damages to persons or property caused by the product. GENERAL PROVISIONS NO WARRANTY OR INSURANCE HEREIN CONTAINED OR SET OUT SHALL APPLY WHEN DAMAGE OR REPAIR IS CAUSED BY ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. Power Failure 2. Damage in transit or when moving the appliance. 3. Improper power supply such as low or high voltage, defective power supplies, or reversed polarities, or inadequate fuses. 4. Accident, alteration, abuse or misuse of the device such as inadequate air circulation, excessive loads, or abnormal operating conditions. 5. Use for Commercial or Industrial Purposes. 6. Fire, water damage, theft, war, riot, hostility, acts of God such as hurricanes, floods, etc. 7. Service calls resulting in customer education.If anything goes wrong with your order, we'd like to fix it as soon as possible. See below for our refund policy (for lost or damaged shipments) and our return policy (for orders being returned for any other reason). To fully qualify for refunds and replacements you must contact us in advance for a RMA Number.(Return Merchandise Authorization), your order must have also been purchased directly from our factory. Your order must also have been insured. Orders valued under $100 and shipped within the United States (including territories and military / government addresses) are insured automatically by us at no extra charge. For orders valued over $100 or shipped outside of the United States, you may choose to purchase insurance or not. Refunds and replacements for uninsured orders are at our discretion. If your insured order is lost or damaged in transit, we will give you a full replacement or a full refund (your choice, but if some items are no longer available, we will give you a refund for those items). A Refund or replacement will be dependent upon confirmation of the damage or loss by the shipper and also the return of any damaged merchandise to CMACMA Technologies. No Refund or replacement merchandise will be made until a determination is made as to who is responsible for the damage or loss. Full refunds include all taxes and shipping charges.
If an insured shipment is partially damaged or lost, we will give you a replacement or refund for the items that were damaged or lost (your choice, but if some items are no longer available, we will give you a refund for those items).
If your order arrives damaged or you suspect it has been lost in transit, here's what to do:
Notify us (via email is best: cmac@3rivers.net) of the problem. To speed up our investigation, please let us know the date of your order, the address it was shipped to, and whether you'd prefer a refund or a replacement. For damaged orders, we also need to know which items were damaged. We will trace delayed and missing packages with the shipper and let you know the results. If the shipment is still in transit, we will get an estimate of when it will arrive. If the shipment is confirmed lost or arrived damaged, we will begin processing your refund or replacement immediately.
If you paid by credit card, we will credit the same card you paid for the order with. Expect your credit within two business days of when we notify you of the results of our investigation. (Depending on the cutoff date for your billing cycle, your credit may not show up on your next statement.) If you paid by check, money order, or bank draft, please allow two weeks for us to process your refund, and additional time for your refund check to arrive. We send refund checks via First Class or Air Mail.
Replacements will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or Freight (within the U.S.)
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of when you receive it. You do not need to have a copy of your receipt within this time frame. What you get back depends on what kind of merchandise you are returning and the condition it is in. Sales taxes are refundable; shipping charges are not.
If you order an item, then refuse it when delivery is attempted, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return credit. An Item is considered "refused" when you do not open the box and the carrier returns the item to us at no cost to you.
All Merchandise may be returned for credit if they are in new/good-as-new condition. Merchandise that has been damaged or is not in its original condition will not qualify for a refund. (If your order arrived damaged or was damaged in transit, we will give you a refund or a replacement -- see our Refund Policy above.)
To return an item, here's what to do:
Pack the merchandise securely and send it to us by the same shipper the item(s) were shipped by. Include a statement in the package noting the reason for return. To receive your credit or replacement faster, notify us in advance of the item(s) you are returning, the reason for return, and the method of shipment. (Use email, snail mail, fax or phone.) Once we receive the returned item, we will issue your credit and notify you via email or postal mail provided all the return conditions are met.
