3 Rivers Communications was formed as a cooperative and strongly believes in the cooperative principles. In keeping with these ideals, the 3 Rivers Communications Board of Trustees has implemented a Community Enhancement Grant Program. Please click on the following links for additional information. The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) provides annual grants for programs in rural communities served by NTCA members (3 Rivers is an NTCA member). These grants support local efforts to build and sustain a high quality of life in rural America. Deadline is November 15. See attached information below.
