FAIR ACCESS POLICY

WildBlue manages its network through a Fair Access Policy (FAP) to ensure the best speeds for the vast majority of customers. WildBlue sets usage thresholds on the amount of data you upload and download within a 30-day rolling calendar. If you exceed these thresholds, WildBlue will temporarily reduce your speed. FAP (Fair Access Policy) USAGE TOOL

You can tell if you are close to your threshold, and monitor your usage, by logging into the Admintool.

Login: http://admintool.3riversdbs.net

Login by entering your full 3riversdbs.net email address and your password. You can also change your password, change your spam filter settings and forward your email to another address.

EBILL

3 Rivers provides electronic billing for your WildBlue service. Your monthly ebill will be sent to the email address you provided when you signed up for WildBlue service. You should receive this bill on or before the 1st of each month. You can access your bill by clicking on the ebill link and logging into your account by entering your email address and password.

If you are unable to locate your ebill, you can access your bill anytime by going to http://3rivers.net and clicking on the ebill link. You will find this link on the home page under Contents.

Remember, bills are due upon receipt and late by the 23rd of each month. If you have any questions regarding your bill, please call our office.
