Setting Up Your EBill Account

• Click on the Pay Your Bill Online link on the left-hand side of this page.

• Click on "I am a New User- Sign Up Today."

• Fill in the information required & click Submit . Your Telephone Number is the 998---- number on your bill. Your account number will be: 102460. Your username and password will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you enter on this form.

• In order to get your bill online (instead of getting a paper one), you must log into the e-bill site with the password that was emailed to you and change your account settings.

• Click on the   User Options link on the left-hand side of the page.

• Checkmark the option that says "No, I do NOT wish to receive a paper copy of my bill." Click on Submit paper bill option.

• You will receive on-screen confirmation saying "You will no longer be receiving a paper bill." You will now receive a monthly e-mail telling you your bill is ready online. You can pay the bill online, or print the bill and mail it in with your payment.
